Our dedicated Ship Management team is responsible for overseeing day to day technical and operations aspect of tanker vessels employed in high freight spot market chartering. Repairs, Funnel to Tunnel
With our excellence and years of experience, we offer comprehensive troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance services for all engine room and deck machineries. Our team of highly skilled engineers and technicians possesses extensive experience in handling all types of machinery. We have the expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain them all. Major projects handled recently included 200+ steel repairs at KFK while afloat at anchorage, main engine crankshaft repairs, aux engines crankshafts renewals, VLCC vessel both boilers complete re-tubing, all 3 COPTs & other cargo gears overhaul of a Suezmax tankers under our supervision, CAP Surveys by ABS Class during vessel services (without docking) etc.
ME and RTFlex services by Ex-MAN and Ex-Wartsila Service Engineers
We provide 24×7 online assistance for Man B&W, Sulzer Wartsila engines including Electronic ME and RTFlex plus Alpha lubricators. Our team of highly skilled engineers and technicians boasts extensive experience in handling a wide range of marine engines. Whether you have a two-stroke or four-stroke engine, we have the expertise to overhaul it to peak performance of any maker like MAN, Sulzer, Wartsila, Himsen, Yanmar, Diahatu, Caterpillar etc.
Hydraulic repairs and routine overhauls
We have in-house team specialized in Electro–Hydraulic systems and among the top service providers in the Middle East & available at short notice at any part of the world. Our Services include all jobs of Electro- Hydraulic systems including troubleshooting, Overhauling & Bench Testing, fabrication of Hydraulic Power-packs, Cylinders, Electrical Panels, Hoses and supplying of new components & spare parts.
Drydocking
Combined Experience of Team with more than 50 vessels dockings. Team handled all types and sizes of vessels in China COSCO yards, CUD Weihai, Yiu Lian docks, Pax Ocean Singapore, Oman DD, Dubai DD, Colombo DD, Indian DDs, Ghana shipyards etc. We can assist and support from DD Specs preparations to Full DD Completion including negotiations with yards in the best interest of owners. Pre-docking preparations and repairs by our expert team at Khorfakkan can save in terms of 25-30% of total DD cost and we are doing it for various vessels coming for docking in Dubai and Duqm Drydocks.
Riding team
A large network to cover all owners requirement in best cost effective manner. We do provide the team for deck and engine routine maintenance speeding up during the voyage, riding fitters for speciallised jobs, additional support hands for pre-docking voyages resulting savings in DD costs etc. We can provide cost effective IR Class Approved UT Gauging team as well in market comptetive prices.
Vessel Inspections
Pre-purchase, Asset Condition Monitoring & Detailed Vessel Inspections as per Owners requirements. With more than 400 vessels inspection experience, we understand fully the client's need and committed to serve them as per their needs. We specialize in providing comprehensive marine and assurance consulting services. Our team of experienced professionals have MWS approvals for Single Voyage under owner power and under tow & and issue a Certificate of Approval (CoA) prior to operations. Specialized Condition Surveyors for Protection and Indemnity (P&I) Insurance, Perform comprehensive audits (JH 2013 007 A B C D) covering both vessel and office inspections for Hull and Machinery (H&M) insurance, Marine Casualty Surveys and Cargo Insurance Surveys. About the Director
Rajesh is the Director of our Ship Management team. With different vessels experience over 10 years at Sea and 9 years ashore, Rajesh has excelled in managing and operating wide variety of vessels including tankers. His leadership in overseeing complex operations has been instrumental in driving the success of the team, ensuring high standards of performance and safety across the fleet vessels and other projects.
Rajesh holds a Bachelor of Marine Engineering degree from India's prestigious institute MERI Kolkata, is a certified Class-1 Chief Engineer & post graduate in Ship Management. He plays a pivot role in driving technical excellence, sustainable & innovation across all areas of ship management. Before his present role, he served as Head of Fleet with leading shipowners based in Dubai and managed tech-ops of 48 tanker vessels fleet. In his past Superintendent role with Synergy Group, he did technical management of tankers and dry bulk vessels for leading shipowners including MOL, providing end-to-end maritime solutions with precisely and expertly tailored ship management services.
